New associates benefit from an Orientation Program before actively taking up their role in any location. The orientation is officially the first day on the job for new associates. It consists of two parts:
'The Right Start Orientation' and
'Making the Right Impression.'

IGA Online
The competitive marketplace requires the retail associates to learn by developing appropriate skills and knowledge base. The Supermarket Certification Program offered by the IGA Coca-Cola Institute blends state-of-the-art technology, classroom training and experimental learning. There are currently 20 courses offered through IGA including web based training for managers.
Pathways Education Courses
CFL makes these courses available free of charge to its associates through Cornell University based in New York. All courses are corrected at Pathways Education Programs in New Jersey. Pathways currently offers 27 courses for team members at all levels in the organization.
