Operations:
All activities are carried out in the fulfillment of store operation standards incorporated in the Company's Vision and Mission.

Cashiers: Location, All Stores
This position provides prompt, friendly, reliable service and assistance to customers at the check stand. This role maintains a high level of contact with customers and so is expected to create a unique and satisfying shopping experience that will exceed the expectations of our customers.

Merchandising Associate:
Merchandisers are responsible for the final presentation and availability of goods in accordance with principles of Category Management practiced by the store. Optimum performance of merchandisers contributes to a favorable shopping experience and overall profitability.

Receiving Associate:
Receive, unload and help manage the inventory in the back store and sales floor in accordance with company policy all aimed at maintaining the high quality of goods, customer satisfaction, sales and profitability

Courtesy Assistant:
Courtesy Assistants are responsible for making an excellent final impression on customers being the last point of contact that customers have with the store. They are primarily responsible for taking care of customers at the checkout by providing bagging and carryout services to designated areas as assigned by store.

Deli Associate:
Deli Associates are expected to create a warm and friendly setting in a highly interactive environment. An in-depth knowledge of goods and services provided is essential coupled with the ability to merchandize and execute suggestive selling techniques.

Sanitation Assistant:
Sanitation Assistants contribute towards providing excellent customer service both internal and external by maintaining a clean and sanitary environment at all times.

Meat Cutter:
Meat Cutters cut and prepare a variety of meats and related products for sale according to customers' tastes: size, quality and, within prescribed store and department standards. They perform their duties under strict guidelines as it pertains to health and safety practices stipulated by the department and by Health Regulations Standards.

Scan Coordinator:
Scan Coordinators are expected to manage the price integrity throughout the store. They implement and coordinate all new product prices, price changes as well as ensure that product attributes are in accordance to shelf labels. The Scan Coordinators also manage all promotion and advertisement labeling and signage. Regular pricing audits and prompt handling of "not found" items are key responsibilities that are practiced to maintain the trust and loyalty of customers.

Deli Supervisor:
Team leaders responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of all Deli Department personnel to achieve the operational, sales and profit goals established for the department.

Grocery Supervisor:
Team leaders responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of all Merchandising Associates to achieve the operational, sales and profit goals established for the department.

HBC Supervisor:
HBC Supervisors are team leaders who oversee the Health, Beauty and Cosmetics (HBC) Department operations; prepare purchase orders, train and supervise all team members' activities in an effort to achieve customer service, sales and profit goals as established by the store.

Meat and Frozen Supervisor:
Meat and Frozen Supervisors are team leaders who maintain pricing, stocking, displaying and rotation of merchandise; control frozen foods and meat ordering and receiving functions with the assistance of team members in this department.

Produce and Dairy Supervisor:
Produce and Dairy Supervisors are team leaders who oversee Produce and Dairy Department operations; directs and supervises all functions and activities of produce/dairy team members to achieve operational, sales and profit goals established for the department.

Receiving Supervisor:
Receiving Supervisors are team leaders who accurately receive and manage inventory primarily at the back-store according to company policy. They are responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of all receiving personnel.

Front End Supervisor:
Front End Supervisors are team leaders who coordinate and supervise their team members to provide prompt, friendly, courteous and reliable service at the Front End to ensure that customers' last contact with the store is excellent.

Store Detective:
The Security Department Staff ensures a safe and secure environment for all- internal and external customers. This is essential in order to provide a positive shopping experience for customers and that staff can feel comfortable also as they execute their duties.

Assisant Store Manager:
Assistant Store Managers provide support to Store Managers as  they share in the management duties and responsibility for store operation and performance. They are team leaders who coordinate and direct the overall operations of the store in the absence of the Store Managers.

Store Manager:
Store Managers supervise, direct, and manage all phases of store operations in a manner designed to obtain maximum sales and margins; control labour, utility and other operating expenses. They also ensure that the store meets targeted projections and goals through the effective utilization of personnel resources available.
