Quarterly issued vouchers to Default Customers expire six (6) months after the date of issue.

On-request vouchers issued to Savings Plan customers expire three (3) months after the date of issue.

You can change your status from a Default to a Savings Plan customer and vise versa at any time. The request can be made at any Customer Service booth at Super J Supermarkets.

Customers will be required to accumulate at least EC$5.00 in Magna Rewards value each year in order to avoid any accumulated points from expiry. At Super J rates, this equates to EC$500.00 per year in customer spending.

Vouchers will only be issued to you for a value of EC$5.00 or greater.

If a voucher is not issued because the accumulated value is insufficient, your points will roll-over to the next voucher production period within the year.

The minimum age to sign up for your Super J card is 15 years.
